Primal Quest Adventure race is the Olympics of adventure racing.
Of course this was my first race and I was a little wide-eyed at this "epic" race. If this doesn't make you want to race then I do not know what will!

Staff
The staff was incredible in all the race and I made a life long friend in Todd Phillips a medical volunteer.
At the end of the race in the Badlands, though we'd missed the ceremony, some dear friends brought us food and drink. Just what we craved- pizza and ice cream!
I sincerely thank all the staff who volunteers to help. In some races you get to have support crew and Joe, Autumn and Todd were part of our team in Montana.
Course
All of the courses I have done- Utah, Montana and the Badlands have been spectacular. They try to take you to unique places and let you enjoy the land, while making it very challenging.
With 100,000 foot of elevation gain in Montana and trekking sections as long as 90 miles, this race was a tough one. The Badlands offered long biking sections of 200 miles and Utah was brutally hot and rugged.
Media
The media is always excellent and friendly. It was more of a grassroots feel at the Badlands and I love it! Randy Erickson was a great videographer and I cannot wait to see the finished video.
These races will change your life. If you can do Primal Quest, with the right team you will never be sorry you did.
